Account Manager – Fintech Software Development Company
My client is a global software development company based in Horsham, West Sussex. It has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Account Manager.
Through account planning and roadmap alignment, build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships at the operational through to CxO level.
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Produce accurate and timely invoices with associated supporting documentation in line with contractual requirements, SoWs, and company procedures.
Monitor/report account performance, and ensuring the clients only receive services that are within contracted services levels or agreed SoWs / CRs.
communicate with the sales team regularly.
Actively input into the product management process by highlighting new business requirements and opportunities,
As part of your role, you will be expected to share your knowledge with your team and other colleagues insuring that the business is supported through its succession planning activities.
Although this role does not have line management responsibilities, you may assist in supervising or coordinating the work of others.
This Account Manager role will be Hybrid and based in the company’s office in Horsham, West Sussex. The salary is to £50k per annum with an excellent employee benefits package.
