DESCRIPTION.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
1. Assist with administrative duties
2. Diary management and PA support
3. Facilities management of the office ensuring all Health & Safety standards are achieved and maintained.
4. Matching off invoice payments to the bank statements
5. Order and control printed stationery
6. Keep the office up to date, clean and organised at all times.
7. Assist with meeting support including meeting room booking, set-up, catering and supporting video conferencing.
8. Ordering weekly shops for the office, ensuring snack drawers, fridges and cleaning supplies are stocked
