We are looking for a committed SEND Support Assistant to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. You will be supporting students with special educational needs on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is based in Northumberland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEND
* Assisting in developing and applying tailored learning strategies
* Fostering strong, supportive relationships with students to build confidence and encourage progress
* Working alongside teachers and support staff to maintain an inclusive and nurturing learning environment
