Responsibilities
1. Preparing and cooking foods of all types in the required quantities.
2. Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
3. Supervising and coordinating activities of kitchen assistants and workers.
4. Maintaining good health and hygiene standards.
5. Determining how food should be presented and creating decorative food displays.
Requirements
1. Prior experience in the food service industry.
