Our client is based in Aldermaston (Ability to arrange own travel to and from the office is essential) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our projects, ensuring precise measurements and data collection to support our client's construction and development efforts. Key Responsibilities of the land surveyor Land Surveying: Conduct land surveys using precision surveying equipment and technology to establish accurate surveys of topographic features and construction reference points. Data Collection: Accurately collect and record field data, measurements, and survey results. Ensure data integrity and organisation. Data Processing: Create detailed survey drawings and reports using AutoCAD or other relevant software, illustrating recorded details. Support: Collaborate with clients and the office to provide survey support. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Land Surveyor Qualifications: Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field. Experience: 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful projects. Proficiency with land surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D). Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and standards. Additional Requirements: Full UK Drivers Licence Ability to work independently. Flexible with shift patterns, including night work.
