OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
1. VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
2. Minimum 24 Months experience in a salon or spa environment as a Spa Therapist OR Minimum 12 Months experience as a Senior Spa Therapist
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team
4. To have the ability and stamina to perform a minimum of 8 hours’ worth of treatments per day
5. Consistent delivery of treatments to a 5* standard
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
6. Responsible for delivering the ultimate in professional internal/external customer service with the standards expected and trained by the Department.
7. Responsible for ensuring full, safe operation of all equipment and stock, in accordance with health and safety requirements
8. Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation within your working environment in accordance with set standards
9. To assess the needs of the business at any one time and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
10. Responsible for resolving all internal/external customer complaints escalated from team members, solving the complaint to the resort and internal/external customers benefit.
11. To attend Departmental Briefings in the absence of the Assistant Spa Manager and Spa Manager and ensure that good communication is maintained at all times.
12. To lead by example; working with the team, exhibiting strong front of house and customer care skills.
