Senior Marketing Manager
Join our growing Marketing Department as a Senior Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation and execution of high-quality, impactful marketing campaigns and promotional activities, prioritising US product marketing.
• Drive growth and brand recognition for Cycle's products, as well as maximising engagement by utilising digital channels such as email marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing and social media.
• Support the Brand Management team to develop positioning and messaging for all US products in alignment with the Product Strategy.
• Lead creativity within the Marketing department, identifying marketing campaigns which are in alignment with the Product Strategy and comply with all Regulatory, Legal and Quality requirements.
• Establish mechanisms to track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities, with a focus on optimisation and actions, providing regular reports to Product Management.
• Support the Event Manager in the planning, execution and analysis of US events, such as webinars, conferences and patient meetings.
• Establish operational processes and systems to support the Marketing team.
• Deliver specific initiatives which support:
• the commercialization of Cycle's products outside of the US.
• the delivery of Cycle's Free Goods Program.
• Maintain compliance with all Regulatory, Legal and Quality requirements.
Requirements:
• Marketing qualification and at least 5-7 years' relevant marketing experience, including managerial.
• Experience of relevant scientific and/or technical industry experience for 2-3 years.
• Strong digital marketing experience, particularly in email marketing and SEO.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Consistently works in a proactive manner, whether working autonomously or as part of a team.
• Excellent project management skills with a high level of attention to detail, including when under pressure.
• Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
• Strong negotiation skills, and confidence in challenging co-workers or third parties, whilst ensuring relationships are maintained.
• Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box.
• Quality focused.
• Result-oriented and takes ownership and accountability to deliver objectives on time and to budget.
• High level of prioritisation and organisation to manage assigned work effectively.
