37.5 hours per week
5 out of 7 days per week
Salary c.£24’400 based on 37.5hrs per week + overtime + benefits & perks
Candidate:
Must have worked in a commercial kitchen as a Commis Chef or Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie
Must be able to drive given unit location
Level 2 Food Safety / Food Hygiene certification
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
Adaptable, flexible, reliable and presentable
Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
Might have worked in a fast-paced kitchen environment or on a catering truck (burger van)
Can produce high volume foods at speed
Understanding quality control and station management
Passion for food and menu development
Previous history of supporting junior peers such as General Assistant, Kitchen Steward, Catering Assistant, Food Service Assistant etc
Would suit someone working in a busy restaurant or hotel who might be looking for better work life balance
