The post holder requires excellent interpersonal skills to motivate staff and communicate with a wide range of people sometimes in an emotive atmosphere for example if views conflict. The post holder will ensure the management role is visible, active and known to all team members to allow issues to be raised, discussed, and resolved.
The successful candidate will lead and participate in team meetings to plan, manage and deliver services, updating and contributing to policy issues, and implementation and evaluation.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
