We are seeking psychology graduates who are interested in pursuing a meaningful career in the education sector and looking to gain valuable experience working with SEN young people. THE CANDIDATE Has a Bsc Degree in Psychology Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about supporting children with various abilities in a positive education environment Can demonstrate problem-solving skills when facing challenging situations Must have, or be willing to, undergo an enhanced DBS check Committed to ensuring the safeguarding of young people THE ROLE Helping to maintain a safe, positive learning environment Assisting teachers in preparing lesson materials and school equipment Establishing trusting relationships with students and adapting teaching styles according to individual needs Working alongside colleagues to provide additional educational support in the classroom BENEFITS On-site parking
