Responsibilities
As the HR Business Partner/HR Lead, you will:
* Oversee and lead the HR department, managing a team of 1 HR Manager and 1 HR Advisor.
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.
* Lead talent management, employee relations, and performance management efforts.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
* Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive a positive company culture.
