The Quality Assurance Manager oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management System and the associated Quality Assurance processes. This role ensures that products and services meet stringent legislative and industry standards, customer requirements, and organisational quality objectives. The Quality Assurance Manager collaborates with engineering, production, testing, and supply chain teams to ensure the quality assurance processes deliver safe, reliable, and high quality solutions with accountability for continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) defines the standards and procedures required to comply with all legislative, industry, and internal requirements to guarantee the continued high-quality delivery of all BRUSH products. Work with the different functions across the BRUSH Group to develop, implement, and maintain the QMS. Establish and enforce quality policies, standards, and procedures. Compliance and Audits: Coordinate the Quality team to prepare for and manage internal and external audits, including those from regulatory bodies, suppliers and customers. Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant regulations and certifications. Address non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement across all departments. Accountable for the delivery of the Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) Program. Work with the Quality team to ensure that the Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) are effectively feeding into the CAPA Program. Work with the Project Delivery teams to ensure that Lessons Learned are effectively feeding into the CAPA Program. Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Site Services and other functions to drive areas for process improvements and quality enhancements. Leadership: Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team. Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure alignment with organisational goals and best practices. Person Specification Qualifications A degree background in Business, Quality, Science, or an Engineering related discipline or HNC with relevant industry experience Skills Leadership Have a disciplined and enthusiastic approach, which captures the commitment of others. Understanding and application of lean Six Sigma tools, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve & Control) principles and applications. Ability to work under own initiative creating project plans, milestones and deliver on time in full. Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
