Responsibilities for a Health & Safety Manager Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Provide training and support to site staff on health and safety matters. Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions. Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all documentation is up to date.Requirements for a Health & Safety Manager Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
