Role Description
As a self-employed Field Sales Consultant, you will have the opportunity to earn competitive uncapped commissions by building relationships with small businesses and demonstrating how SumUp products can add value. You will act as a solutions consultant, offering our comprehensive product toolkit.
We are expanding our Field Sales team and seek individuals passionate about sales, driven to succeed, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Our aim is to empower more business owners, and we need your help to achieve this.
What you’ll do
* Identify and engage high-potential clients within your designated territory, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses
* Conduct face-to-face meetings and deliver product demonstrations to showcase SumUp's Card reader and POS solutions
* Communicate our products' value and unique selling points effectively, addressing client needs and objections
* Generate leads proactively and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted activities
You’ll be great for this role if
* You have success in a prior Field Sales role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or POS solutions
* You can consistently exceed sales targets
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships
* You have in-depth market knowledge and a passion for supporting local SMBs
* You have experience with outbound lead generation, cold calling, and pipeline building
