Healthcare Recruitment - As a Business Administration Apprentice specialising in Recruitment Consultancy, from day 1 your mentor will take you through everything needed to succeed in recruitment from sourcing and guiding candidates through the recruitment process, to market expertise, candidate negotiation, and contract placements. We place healthcare professionals into public and private contracts across the UK!
Your role will include:
* Sourcing and Screening: Identify top talent in healthcare through various methods
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to job offer negotiations
Your responsibilities will include:
* Making a large number of outbound calls to qualify and screen healthcare professionals
* Manage and co-ordinate the use of multiple third parties NHS booking, administrative and payment system
* Uploading bookings, candidate documentation, rates, and timesheets
* Handle timesheet and pay queries from our contractors, taking ownership and following through to a resolution
* Work with our clients & sales team to ensure the correct billing of our invoices via these third-party portals
* Maintain and build professional relationships with our clients and wider sales team

This involves regular catchups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study.
This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12-month apprenticeship you will have gained; Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3.
