Pension Coordinator
Location: Redhill
Salary: £12.50/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends or Bank Holidays)
Contract: 3 month temporary (potential for extension)

Your Role:
1. Administer occupational pension schemes (new joiners, leavers, retirees).
2. Provide exceptional customer service via calls, letters, and emails.
3. Handle queries efficiently and escalate issues when needed.
4. Track workflow to meet service standards.
5. Perform manual calculations with precision.
6. Collaborate on complex projects and suggest process improvements.
7. Develop an in-depth understanding of pension schemes.

3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
4. Proficiency with computers and a positive, proactive attitude.
