Here at Pied Piper in Glasgow, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our busy nursery. Working a 38 hour week, with amazing benefits, and salary c£27k. Come and join us, we are walking distance from the train and bus station.
Part of the CC Nurseries Group, our nursery is ideally situated in a quiet area close to Shawlands train station and Shawlands shopping centre. This location allows us to offer a quiet and calming space for children to explore at their own pace. At Pied Piper, our caring and passionate team believe in nurturing children with real life, hands-on experiences with outdoor resources where possible. We offer an extensive outdoor area with a unique and inspiring sensory shed and creative studio, giving children of all ages the opportunity to discover and experiment as they learn and grow. We understand each child is different and we want to provide children with a unique experience that works for them with our quality team, resources, and environment.

Requirements
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:
1. Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
2. Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
3. Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
4. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor at all times.
5. Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room.
6. Understand and ensure that the requirements of the Curriculum for Excellence are met.
You will need to have a Level 3 / SCQF 7 Early Years Qualification.
