In this role, you will greet and warmly welcome customers, engage with them to understand their shopping needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure they have a great shopping experience.
You should have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, keep the store tidy, ensure shelves are stocked, and promote our services.
You will need
To succeed, you should:
* Greet customers warmly
* Listen to and understand customer needs
* Help customers find products
* Be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services
* Be punctual, smartly dressed, and ready to serve
* Think of age restrictions when serving alcohol or tobacco
* Work as part of a team to complete store duties
* If applicable, pass a criminal record check for post office duties
