Business Development Manager
Salary: £50,000-60,000 base, uncapped commission (OTE 50% of salary)
Location: Hybrid (London, 2 days a week)

* Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, industry databases, and online research.
* Schedule meetings with decision-makers and nurture relationships, moving prospects through the sales funnel.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), report on key sales metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process.
Skills:
* Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally in M&A or professional services.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with a track record of increasing sales.
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and proficient in using CRM systems like HubSpot.
