Head of Digital - Wales
Salary: £58,084.17 (gross) per annum, with a fixed sum allowance of £2,608. There is the ability to progress to £64,693.99 over the next 2 years.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Head of Digital - Welsh Labour. The post-holder will be responsible for the digital activity of Welsh Labour, including Welsh Labour's election campaign for the Senedd Elections & Local Elections. This will include communication of the Labour Party's message, volunteer recruitment and retention, and fundraising activity through the use of website, social media and email to meet the Party's core objectives and contribute to electoral success in 2026. This role includes dotted-line management of three, with further line management as the team grows.
The successful candidate will have:
* Knowledge of using email communications to drive online and offline action, including segmentation.
* Experience leading highly successful digital campaigns, using a variety of digital campaign tools and strategies.
* Experience developing targets and KPIs for a digital campaign or team and establishing reporting processes for these.
* Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
