Good knowledge of DNS records, including MX, A and PTR records. Hours of work; Monday - Friday 9-5:30 pm ( WFH on a Monday and Friday) this will also include working 1 in 4 weekends. Your duties will involve; Assisting with personal development plans and training schedules whilst monitoring team performance and scheduling staff rotas. Performing hands on technical work and providing overflow capacity when required by the team. Dealing with sickness reviews, one to ones and appraisals. Collaborating with teams to achieve fault resolution. Suggesting improvements to management and providing some support out of hours as and when required. Diagnosing customer problems and liaising with customers via telephone/email, then logging issues onto the internal system. Managing technical complaints and managing special faults investigations. You will have previous experience of managing a team, whilst working in a technology/telecoms environment and familiar with general internet technologies.
