As well as numerous off shoot projects to oversee RESPONSIBILITIES: As part of the management team, the key responsibilities of this role include: Production of monthly management accounts, P&L, B/S and C/F Production of cash, revenue and costs reports Analysis of variances between actual and forecasted/budgeted performance Ensure timely client billing, cash settlement and ledger maintenance Bank and Control account reconciliations Purchase ledger and payment of suppliers Payroll analysis and processing – from bureau reports Attend monthly business review meetings Ensure finance is run to period-end timetables and all financial records are maintained in an accurate and timely fashion. Produce and analyse annual budgets and monthly forecasts Assisting with the annual audit process IT EXPERIENCE: Microsoft Office with Excel, Sageline 200 ATTRIBUTES: • Strong accounting skills to final TB • Accurate, methodical and thorough • Strong in reconciliation work
