Purpose of this position This role is part of the Delivery team, ensuring the client is always aware of everything about the framework or DPS submission. Bid Support are responsible for helping the Bid Reviewers and the Client Relationship team, creating framework profiles, explaining to the team and clients the requirements of the framework and joining calls with the CRM and clients. Responsibilities Assisting the Bid Manager in breaking down and analysing invitations to tender (ITT) and bid packs to identify all mandatory requirements Working closely with the Client Relationship Managers and our clients to ensure all required information obtained and presented to the Bid Team is of the required standard Responsible for the end-to-end submission process for clients on DPS frameworks, including gathering, reviewing and writing content Completion of all client Standard Questionnaires for submission to procurement authorities. Identifying and mitigating any flaws in content at the first stage of review and developing this into a logical, narrative structure Collation of all submission documentation from clients requested by the Bid Team. Ensure completion of all mandatory (non-quality) documents required for submission Review and revise documents prepared by the clients and coordinate the preparation of those materials in a completed Bid Submission, taking into account the evaluation criteria Drafting and creating client feedback within 48 hours of receipt of content, to ensure success Adapt to incoming tasks from Bid Manager and support individual teams where necessary Cover for the reception desk during leave periods. Anything else which is within the scope and band of this role. KPIs Respond to all requests for the Bid Team on the day of request. 48 hour turnaround for all client requests when in live submission. Adhering to GovData’s processes relating to the Framework life-cycle. Relevant qualifications and experience GCSE English grade C or above. Minimum 2 years experience in office based administration. Experience working with public sector contracts desirable.
