Job Title: Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
* To develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
* To manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
* To build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
* To analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably within the FMCG or consumer durables industry.
* Proven track record of delivering sales growth and revenue targets.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
