Enterprise Customer Success Manager – SaaS - German speaking – UK, Hybrid (Permanent)

🌎We’re partnering with a leading global technology organisation who, as part of their strategic expansion plans, are seeking a German speaking Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their international CSM team. 🚀

🎯 The Role: As part of a high performing global CSM team, you will be the main point of contact for multiple enterprise customers within the UK & DACH regions, with a focus on key KPI’s including delivering a 100% NRR and enhancing customer satisfaction, retention and growth. You will be responsible for software delivery & adoption, account retention, account growth (via consultative cross-sell and up-sell opportunities), and contract renewals for each account within your portfolio.
Please note that you will be required to travel up to 25% to meet with customers in the UK & DACH regions.
They are seeking candidates with the following skills & experience:
➡ Fluency in German (both spoken and written)
➡ Extensive customer facing experience in a Customer Success Manager role.
➡ Experience of supporting multiple enterprise level & business critical accounts
➡ Experience of account retention and account upsell & acceleration.
➡ A trusted advisor with experience of managing enterprise customer relationships.
➡ Customer centric with sales acumen
➡ Experience working in the IoT or SaaS industry.
➡ Experience with Enterprise SaaS and/or IoT products.
➡ Proven experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools such as Gainsight.
