Overview
Prolifics is seeking a Sales Executive to join its UK Software Testing Practice, with a major focus on new customer acquisition. The role of Prolifics Testing's Account Executive is to prospect, win customers, grow those customers, and develop a franchise which contributes a significant revenue stream, for example > £1M per annum of services to the business.
Prolifics Testing has an Inside Sales capability to support the Field Sales team to be successful, to assist in running campaigns, driving attendance to events, engaging in social media and other activities to uncover new opportunities for the sales resource.The Sales Executive will earn variable compensation from consulting services.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute sales activity to identify new opportunities for Prolifics Testing (consulting services)
2. Build meaningful trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, from C level down through Enterprise Architects, "heads of" and key influencers. The same with key vendors as a source of new opportunities.
3. Work with the consulting team to engage with customers and qualify opportunities in/out.
4. Develop compelling proposals that articulate Prolifics Testing’s value proposition
5. Work with other senior staff on the development of contractual content (Statements of Work)
6. Communicate with Head of Delivery to ensure delivery alignment to sales and customer expectations
Requirements:
7. Experience with successfully selling software testing services
8. Demonstrable experience of selling significant £ value services
9. Experience of growing a single account from zero to > £1M of services
10. Ambitious to make significant earnings
11. Gravitas, and ability to influence and be a trusted advisor to key Customer stakeholders
12. Demonstratable knowledge of Prolifics Testing’s domain and broader themes of Digital Transformation
13. Recent and proven success in meeting and exceeding quota
14. Results-oriented approach which balance a "take charge" attitude with teamwork and collaboration
15. BA/BS degree along with solid familiarity with internet technologies
16. Self-sufficient, organised, highly motivated, ambitious, able to close business
17. Trustworthy, honest, prepared to admit mistakes, learn and with a sense of humour
18. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills

Key sectors for Prolifics are Retail and Finance & Banking. Managed Services is a key part of our business and provides a good opportunity for an Account Executive to develop a revenue stream. Prolifics Testing is highly relevant in current "hot" Digital Transformation focus areas.
