Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law issues, including employee rights, contracts, discrimination, and workplace disputes.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and tribunal proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive documentation, including opinions, briefs, and contracts.
- Collaborate with senior partners on complex cases and assist in the development of strategic legal solutions.
- Mentor and support junior associates and trainees, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth within the team.
- Stay updated on current legislation and case law to ensure the firm’s offerings remain relevant and competitive.
Qualifications:
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law, preferably within a reputable law firm.
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and related legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record in managing complex cases and delivering results under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
