We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more As a Credit Controller based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for: Building relationships with customers via phone and email and proactively collecting debt Liaising with internal sales teams to resolve any queries and invoice disputes Credit limit monitoring Keeping a record of account information that is easily accessible if requested This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.
