We are looking for a confident, creative and organised Workflow Co-ordinator to join our team at Mitie TSOC. As a Facilities Management company, Mitie has a wealth of clients that we support with their hard/soft services, this may be plumbing, electrical works, telecoms, general maintenance and much more. The Workflow Co-ordinator is responsible for managing a complex workflow of a delivery task from start to finish, with the goal of achieving optimum success for customer delivery and business continuity. Your workload will range from work for internal engineers within a mobile, static, and dedicated areas through to third party suppliers, utilising a network of stakeholders to maximise the ease, speed and quality of workflow. Within the team, you will support the function by identifying key challenges in the function and providing efficient and proactive responses to escalations and complaints. Successful applicants will hold a minimum of 2 years' experience in an office based environment as well as excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), proficiency with MS Office applications, and a proactive approach to their way of working.
