Our business continues to grow and we are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant office with hybrid working on a 6 month FTC to help support a new business area. This is an exciting role and would suit someone with significant previous experience in a similar internal or external recruitment role within a blue chip business, ideally within Financial Services where they have gained knowledge and experience of managing the full recruitment cycle and senior stakeholders.

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist with XPS you will:
* Provide resourcing support to our new insurance consulting business with its continued growth and development.
* Support hiring managers through the whole recruitment journey to ensure all candidates are dealt with efficiently and in line with best recruitment practice and adherence to processes.
* Provide recruitment support to different business areas as required.
* Support TA Team with Social Media strategy for the consulting business ensuring the appropriate attraction and visibility of roles. This may include maintaining paid for LinkedIn adverts and making regular posts at agreed intervals.
* Oversee advert postings on company website and external job boards.
* Manage queries as appropriate via the recruitment HR Service Portal, ensuring all queries are responded to and resolved within the agreed timeline.
* Own the maintenance of the recruitment dashboard for effective process tracking and management information reporting.
* Support with candidate screening and interview scheduling for hiring managers where required.
* Correspond with external recruitment agencies on our preferred suppliers list (PSL) for the appointment of permanent staff.
* General administration duties to ensure continued GDPR compliance.
* Support our continued development in line with our DEI strategy.
Your profile
Essential Criteria
* Significant demonstrable experience in a similar Talent Acquisition/Recruitment role in an internal TA function or within an external recruitment environment.
* IT literate and confident working with different systems for various processes e.g. MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Able to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail.
* Possess strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* Previous experience of working with Senior Stakeholders.
* Possess an enthusiasm to develop, improve and enhance the service provided to all stakeholders.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times.
* Have a flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new skills.
* A-C GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
* A-Levels or equivalent.
Desirable
* Experience within Financial Services Sector, ideally Pensions or Financial Services.
