About the role We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic full-time Concierge Supervisor to join our Front Office team. You will be responsible for running an efficient Concierge and Car Park areas, supervising the Concierge team, managing guest requests and feedback, ensuring a pleasant and warm experience for our guests. Responsibilities Working closely with the Head Concierge and Front Office Manager to develop and implement standards of performance procedures to ensure that the department runs effectively and professionally, creating a welcoming environment and providing extraordinary customer care. Supervising the team to ensure all are greeting guests on arrival in a professional, friendly, and efficient way according to the hotel standards and making them instantly feel at ease while always maintaining a positive attitude. Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel to maximize revenue for the hotel and pay special attention in monitoring for fraud, theft, and potential security risks. Leading by example and performing fair share of daily duties such as regular floor walks, Valet Parking as well as maintaining and organising the cars parked in the Car Park by moving cars and arranging the car parking facilities where necessary. Ensuring departmental procedures are followed to store luggage for guests, giving them the appropriate documentation to be able to collect their belongings later. Dealing with early departures and late check-ins where applicable and ensuring that all tasks relating to guest comfort, guest satisfaction or impression of the hotel which a guest receives must be treated with an utmost priority. Shifts are based on 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis and would require flexibility for the following shift times: Early
