I am excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Quality Governance Lead to join my NHS client in the North Wst on an interim basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and ensuring corporate and divisional compliance with national standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Professional Advice:
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers and staff across the Trust, providing expert guidance on governance and assurance processes.
2. Quality, Safety, and Governance Strategies:
* Drive the delivery of the Trust's and Divisional assurance, quality, safety, and governance strategies, aligning them with corporate objectives and the NHS Long Term Plan.
3. Development and Maintenance of Frameworks:
* Lead the development and upkeep of the Divisional Quality Assurance Framework, ensuring it aligns with the Trust's Integrated Governance Quality Assurance Framework policies.
4. Assurance Systems and Oversight:
5. Collaborate with Divisional Directors, Directorate Managers, Senior Nurses, Clinical Leads, and the Associate Director of Governance and Assurance to establish systems that provide comprehensive insight, foresight, and oversight of quality and safety across the organisation.
