Location: Birmingham Working Pattern: Monday - Sunday 5 working days over 7 37 hours per week Our busy communal cleaning team carry out cleaning across our estates within Birmingham, Worcester & Hereford. You will be expected to look after a team of up to 14 mobile and static cleaning technicians located at different areas across the 3 areas. You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning of the work and supervision of the team in a Social housing setting. You will need to have good, comprehensive experience of cleaning of all aspects of buildings, including corridors, lifts, foyers, bin stores, welfare rooms, toilets, stairwells, litter picking, immediate external areas. You will also be able to train others in cleaning skills and complete audits to show standard of cleaning is being reached. You will complete sickness reviews and carry out 1 to 1's with cleaners on a regular basis.
