We are seeking a Senior Case Manager to provide specialist case management, education and support to individuals and families with migrant and refugee backgrounds, with a focus on women’s and family safety.
This critical role will provide leadership, project support, supervision (including Intake) and secondary case consultation.
This position is a Level 5 or 6 (depending on your depth of experience) under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award. It is a fulltime 2 year fixed term role.
About you
We want to hear from you if you have:
* relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work/ Psychology/ Community Development or related disciplines and experience in migrant settlement or a related human service sector
* demonstrated capability of working confidently with families impacted by family violence
* excellent problem solving and planning and organisation skills
* strong relational and interpersonal skills, including communication and coaching and mentoring of others
* clear understanding of intake and assessment processes
* alignment with our values of belonging, respect, connection and excellence
Ideally you have experience working in migrant settlement or a related community or human services sector, working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, particularly those of refugee backgrounds and fluency in a relevant community language.

Our service areas include migration and settlement, family relationship and parenting, social and economic inclusion, aged care, disability, and family carers.
