We are excited to share a variety of roles within our Premium Experiences - Bars, Restaurants and Experiences department for Premium Relationship Managers to build, manage and sustain relationships across a portfolio of assigned seasonal memberships (accounts), within a fast-paced and rapidly growing team.
These roles will be pivotal to ensure a consistently high quality of customer service is provided as the new stadium experiences are brought to life through the inaugural season in our brand-new waterfront home, and beyond.
About the opportunity: As Premium Relationship Manager, guiding new processes, engaging with a blend of new and established premium members, while striving to enhance the overall membership experiences will be key to success in this role.
Using your passion for understanding clients’ needs, you will manage the Club's relationship with an assigned number of business and consumer accounts across the seasonal premium membership base, prior to the new stadium move and throughout the seasons included in the multi-year term agreements.
Who we’re looking for: We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service and communication skills who are confident within a client-facing role, who thrive across both live event and office environments with the ability to manage new and established members.
What’s essential is that you can demonstrate a solution-focused mindset with a passion to exceed members' expectations of our new stadium home.
Other key experience we are looking for includes:
1. Ability to proactively identify membership development opportunities and strategies
2. Lead and manage other team members (where relevant)
3. Support digital processes and analyze member data presented within CRM systems
4. Ability to plan and manage multiple projects to deliver results in agreed timescales
5. Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients
6. Manage financial information such as payments for clients/members
7. Experience in supporting onboarding for new projects, development, or new venues would be desirable though not essential
8. Knowledge of sport and live event experiences and best practice (Desirable)

In this demanding role, you’ll be working on site at the famous Royal Liver Building and Everton Stadium (Bramley Moore Dock). Being a part of this project will give you the chance to learn and develop new skills whilst working on something that is a once-in-a-generation opportunity.
The roles will be offered on a permanent contract working 35 hours per week plus matchday.
