Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading national law firm’s Real Estate – Corporate Occupiers team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities:
* Advise corporate occupier clients (retail, leisure, and more) on the expansion, disposal, and management of their property portfolios.
* Play a key role in delivering clients’ business strategies.
* Work closely with the partner and the Manchester-based team, as well as collaborate with colleagues across other offices to gain experience in a variety of transactions.
* Contribute to both local and national strategic objectives.

Key Requirements:
* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
