Development Administrator
Location: Letchworth
Salary: £15-17 per hour
Duration: 3 months interim
Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in North Hertfordshire, with their recruitment of a Development Administrator, to support the Development Team in the delivery of development projects and the development programme.
What will you do in the role?
* Arrange training and regular team meetings and steering groups and minute these sessions before distributing documentation
* Be responsible for the timely processing and recording of all invoices requiring payment, ensuring internal processes are followed
* Assist in the completion of satisfaction surveys on newly built properties as and when required
* Take responsibility for administrative support including archiving of old schemes, audit filing and scanning of incoming mail
* Assist the After Care Manager in co-ordinating repairs during the Defects stage of a newly built scheme
Who would excel in this role?
* Computer literacy – proficient in the use of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel
* Experience of processing invoices and raising purchase orders
