One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Hybrid working role were, however, you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week.
Overview:

* To promote and progress the Council's response to dealing with Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) in the City.
* In accordance with the Council's policy and procedures, to be the lead officer in resolving individual cases of ASB
* To respond to enquiries and reported complaints of ASB and serious neighbour nuisance and co-ordinate any investigations of the same.
* To action agreed solutions working in partnership with key agencies, including progressing and taking appropriate enforcement action against perpetrators where appropriate.
* To advise customers on the Council’s policies and procedures in relation to ASB.
Key Duties:
* To ensure that the Senior Community Safety Officer is kept regularly appraised of all the ASB cases allocated to you as lead officer.
* To ensure that reported cases of ASB are followed up in consultation with key agencies and that progress is reported to the Streetlife Working Group and/or PSG.
