Essential - You must hold a Level 3 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification to be considered for this role.
Purpose of the role: Trainee Early Years Assessor
You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, including Functional Skills) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification.
Full training and qualifications (TAQA) are fully funded and provided by the employer.
Trainee Early Years Assessor: Essentials
A minimum 3 years Deputy Manager or above Nursery experience
UK driving license and use of own transport
You will be based from Home, covering Yeovil and the surrounding area
A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work in Yeovil and the surrounding area
Full Training and qualifications are funded and provided by the employer
Trainee Early Years Assessor: Salary and Expenses
The role is part-time, permanent - 32 hours, 4 days per week
No evenings or weekends, no unsociable hours
WFH - Home based and flexible working - manage your own diary
£27k-£30k annual salary (pro rata) - part-time 32 hours salary = £21.6k - £24k
