The Role The Organisational Development and Projects Partner will play a pivotal role in driving the college's strategic initiatives related to staff development and organisational growth. This position requires a professional with strong data analysis and reporting skills, coupled with a passion for Learning & Development (L&D). The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance employee performance and support the college's mission. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyse, and interpret HR and organisational data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators related to staff development and organisational effectiveness. Utilise data insights to recommend improvements in L&D programs and organisational processes. Design and deliver innovative L&D initiatives that align with the college's strategic objectives. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with department heads. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee skills and competencies. Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and make data-driven adjustments as necessary. Lead and manage organisational development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change management initiatives that promote a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support organisational development initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on matters related to staff development, organisational culture, and change management.
