We are looking for an effective and well-presented EA to support the CEO of a successful investment management business, who will be ready and able to hit the ground running from day one.
Working alongside the 1st EA, this is a hugely demanding but equally rewarding role, based in fantastic offices in central London; the two of you will very much form an effective team, working hard and having fun in the process.
The right candidate will be able to thrive as part of a close-knit collaborative team, they should be unflappable and a confident communicator with stakeholders of all levels. Multi-tasking, prioritising and discretion at all times is key to getting the job done.
This candidate must be degree-educated, tech-savvy, resourceful, quick to learn and extremely resilient. This candidate must be flexible and prepared to do what it takes to get the job done, even outside of regular business hours.
Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Zoom, Teams etc is absolutely essential. Degree. Tech savvy. Confident working with data / figures all necessary.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Domestic and international travel, logistics / visas / accommodation etc
* Extensive & complex diary management – across business and personal
* Internal and external meeting management
* Inbox management
* Reservations, personal appointments, keeping on top of event invites, membership & events bookings
* Personal errands – as required
* Expenses management
* Medical insurance management
* Meeting and greeting guests
* Assistance with household staff management
* Assistance with property management
* Financial reporting / spreadsheet management
Hours – 8:30am-6pm (with flexibility to work out of hours when required)
Start – ASAP
