Job Title: HR Advisor (9 Month FTC - Maternity Cover)
Location: Preston/Hybrid Working
Remuneration: £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata, depending on experience
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract, 9 months
Responsibilities:
1. Provide a comprehensive HR service to the dedicated Fleet business unit consisting of approximately 200 employees.
2. Manage various HR cases and analyze data to report on trends that support managers.
3. Handle welfare, investigation, and disciplinary processes.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent organization and communication skills.
2. Level 5 CIPD qualification.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. A UK driving licence is preferred.
