An exciting opportunity for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to join a dynamic managed services team. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, resolving IT issues and escalating complex cases when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1st line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system.- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking, and general IT issues.- Log, prioritise, and escalate incidents, ensuring timely resolution.- Assist with account management, software installations, and security alerts.- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience:- Previous experience in IT support, helpdesk, or 1st line role.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and basic networking.- Experience using ticketing systems and ITIL best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:- Experience in an MSP or fast-paced IT environment.- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900).- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, remote desktop tools, and PowerShell scripting.
