Hybrid working – 2 days in the office each week Work with a fantastic team, with great experience who can help you to become the best you can be Very exciting clients to work with and never a dull moment As a MW Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating internal project planning for production teams and timelines within the organization.
Your responsibilities will involve executing projects to meet client briefs and, at times, generating your own internal briefs and requisitions.
This dynamic role will expose you to a diverse range of clients in the entertainment industry, including film, television, streaming, video gaming, theatre, publishing, and visitor attractions.
Key Responsibilities Successfully manage and oversee projects to fulfil client requirements, ensuring they are completed within specified timelines.
Effectively allocate studio resources to projects, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with internal account teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
Actively engage with multiple projects simultaneously, balancing workload and priorities effectively.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, contributing to the growth of the business with support from the internal team.
Work closely and confidently with account and project management teams, contributing to the company's reputation and standards.
Coordinate with individual designers and production teams across various print and digital projects.
Adapt to varying project scales, objectives, and timelines while adhering to client briefs.
Manage and brief creative resources internally, freelancers, and external resources as needed.
Ensure expectations are clear, and final solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
Foster a supportive studio environment with clear project management practices.
Encourage the creative team to inspire, entertain, and engage with ideas, projects, and each other.
Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
