Job Description

You will enjoy working as part of a friendly team, be confident speaking to customers over the phone and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Main Duties
* Inbound/outbound customer service calls
* Handling general enquiries, returns and complaints
* Corresponding with customers over the phone via telephone and emails
* Identify a customer needs and deal with them in a timely manner in accordance with our Service level agreement
* Dealing with after sale queries and issues
* Managing all admin from beginning to end relating to the customer communication
* Data entry into the in-house system
Knowledge and Skills
* Call centre or non-customer-facing customer service experience essential
* An excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills, must be both written and verbal.
* Ability to achieve the best outcome for the customer when faced with obstacles
* Able to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment
* Team player, organised and strong attention to detail.
