Data Administrator / Specialist Our client is a local Woking Charity who run fundraising events globally as well as their flagship event in London. They are looking for someone to oversee the accurate maintenance and management of the CRM system, including large-scale data imports, reporting, and data analysis. You will be using your advanced Excel skills to analyse trends, track performance, and ensure data integrity. This is an office-based role (no hybrid or working from home) working 37.5 hours a week. Start times will be between the hours of 8 am and 10 am and finish times will be from 4.30pm - 6.30 pm according to arrival time. The core hours of the company are 10am - 4.30 pm. Participation on event days will be required and time in lieu will be given. Key duties: Enter and manage data within the CRM system through imports and manual entry, ensuring high levels of accuracy Utilise advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP to enhance data analysis and reporting. Oversee and execute data cleansing processes to maintain an accurate and up-to-date database. Manage opt-out preferences to ensure GDPR compliance. Import fundraising data from third-party platforms and reconcile discrepancies. Prepare detailed reports on event participation and fundraising trends using Excel and CRM reporting tools. Enter payments and Gift Aid details from sponsor forms with precision. Assist with data segmentation for targeted email campaigns. Provide in-depth event analysis, identifying key patterns and insights to support decision-making. Coordinate outgoing post, ensuring timely dispatch of essential materials such as event packs, major donor communications, and resident letters. Manage external communications with fundraiser via email and phone, ensuring a professional and friendly approach. Provide technical support for fundraising pages and registration processes. Experience Strong administrative and office experience. Extensive experience in data entry and data manipulation. Proven CRM database administration expertise. Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and automation. Experience in importing data and generating reports from databases. Customer service experience with a focus on problem-solving. Previous experience working in the charity sector. Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
