Location - Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday ( Office based opportunity to work from home on a Monday or Friday once onboarded)

Working across conferences, events and exhibitions ensuring that the food and beverages element is spot on. Our client is looking for an experienced co-ordinator to join our Conventions Catering Team to provide administration and account management support. Conventions food and beverage (F&B) is a fast paced and exciting part of the business.
Day to day you will co-ordinate information, work across multiple data bases, account manage small events and your own clients, own menu packs and price lists, and undertake general administration duties.
You’ll also be responsible for reviewing customer feedback and providing accurate financial information to the finance teams. Have co-ordination experience in a fast paced and commercial office environment, using varying types of business software and systems
Have some commercial understanding
Be flexible in approach to work
