THE ROLE:
Working directly with clients, technical support, and engineering you will:
1. Provide expert technical support, including troubleshooting application and integration issues
2. Manage Jira tickets
3. Create and execute SQL queries and reports
4. Diagnose complex technical problems, using your engineering skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
5. Conduct onsite visits to hospitals to maintain software, perform maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
6. Monitor systems performance and proactively identify potential issues
7. Document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles.
