FEES LEDGER CLERK
We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic individual to the post of Fees Ledger Clerk.
The role sits within the School’s busy Finance team, which operates throughout the year. Members of the team work closely together to support all aspects of the Finance function. The Fees Ledger Clerk will work with both the Admissions database (iSAMS) and the School’s Finance System (Oasis) and has overall responsibility for all aspects of managing the School’s fees ledger. This is a critical role within the team, requiring a combination of methodical accuracy and attention to detail, combined with excellent communication skills needed in dealing directly with fee-payer queries.
The Fees Ledger Clerk will manage the process of, and be responsible for, the invoicing and collection of the School’s fee income each term, as well as being responsible for managing and looking for efficiencies in our fees invoicing systems and processes.
The successful applicant will need to be able to work to strict deadlines and will be responsible for pupils’ fee invoices being correctly prepared and sent out on time.
