We are looking for a Transport Co-Ordinator (NI) to co-ordinate our growing fleet of vehicles and transport associated responsibilities. This job will be based in Coalisland. It will also involve travelling to site to attend any accidents, incidents or breakdowns. The Role: Support with the planning of supply requirements, maintenance and repairs for the Company’s fleet of vehicles Manage the requirement and timely procurement and disposal of company vehicles Ensure all Company vehicles comply with legal, operating and licensing requirements Procure best value lease deals/renewals, repair & maintenance service and insurance cover for company vehicles Protect the value of Company vehicle assets, using Fleet Management and Driver monitoring systems Ensure vehicles are correctly signed out and returned using vehicle inspection sheets to assess damage and standards Maintain records evidencing that the fleet is compliant with regulations Produce reports from vehicle tracking system to develop and improve driving standards Produce weekly driving behaviour and speeding reports Provide support to Company vehicle users on servicing, maintenance and also on driving safety Review weekly vehicle checks Keep the Company vehicle handbook updated Process purchase orders promptly for any purchases. Adherence to all Health and safety practises The Person: At least two years’ experience in an administrative role A strong team player with initiative, strong organisation and the desire to succeed Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills Commercial and financial awareness as managing budgets and keeping costs to a minimum Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams Ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically and laterally Time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines Resilience and the ability to overcome challenges IT proficient Full valid driver licence Additional Information: This is not an exhaustive list of duties and requirements.
